New pictorial evidence of the existence of Google Nexus 5 have emerged online, this time in the form of some shots from a seedy bar.
The images appear to show Google the next flagship phone for use out in the wild and followed by a brief glimpse of out Google's HQ during the official unveiling of Android 4.4 KitKat.
These images (along with very short fragments), obtained from 9to5google, offer a much better vision of Nexus 5. Apparently they were seized while a Google employee distracted left the phone in Office at a bar. Oops.
Still showing the device horizontally aligned Nexus logo and camera lens pronounced. More interestingly, they seem to offer a glimpse at Android KitKat 4.4 itself – or at least some of it. Only the boot screen and block is evident because the device is password protected.
Thanks to FCC filings, we now have an inkling that the Google Nexus 5 will be based on LG G2 (Yes, LG of manufacturing duties following the continuing good Google Nexus 4) and so will sport a 4.96 inch display and Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU 800.
Even as the G2 from LG, it seems as if the Google Nexus 5 will feature an extremely small bezel, which can be seen in these pictures. We also know that the Nexus 5 will come with integrated wireless charging, which is not something we've seen a lot of outside the Nokia Lumia 920.
Recent entries suggest that the Google Nexus 5 will be officially presented alongside Android 4.4 KitKat on October 14.
