HTC Butterfly S review: development completed

GSMArena team, 21 August 2013.

The first butterfly was a missed opportunity for HTC, the limited range and high price, that prevents that the 5 "1080 p Monster always a global winner." At that time the company wanted to build only hype prior to the launch of the HTC, and problems had plagued the butterfly not by production, the strategy would have splendidly. Instead, the Taiwanese people ended up losing, Sony, Xperia-Z which delivered, and Samsung, the Galaxy S4 supply deals, sales and marketing better.

What we can find out all is, why is HTC on the same plan with the butterfly S. glue second-Gen 5-incher from HTC comes with a more powerful chipset, the new UltraPixel camera and a massive 3200 mAh battery, which should keep it a while.

That seems a winning combo for us, and even with a Max right around the corner we not see why HTC is not planning, as many markets as possible to provide it. The target groups are Butterfly S, and a maximum really, quite different, so it is unlikely that one will eat into the sales of the other.

As well, we are not gathered here to guess, if HTC know strategists what they do. We are more interested in how the engineers with the butterfly did see but before we have in diving, here which is best and worst about the Smartphone.

The HTC Butterfly S is of course a very hot prospect and it can easily exceed the far more popular a sibling in all but two aspects - premium styling and camera. The large 'ultra pixels' are, but as we discovered, when we the one checked mini optical image stabilization is an essential part of the equation. And while the butterfly S certainly the eye the glossy plastic, it is no match for the aluminum unibody of the one.

When you turn the productivity, the HTC is the best smartphone that has so far produced HTC certainly Butterfly S. We already know how good the 5 "1080 p screen is and with a Snapdragon-600 chipset under the hood, it is a package that can do wonders. Add a huge battery, which is approaching capacity the flyer-Tablet HTC as HTC-one and the expandable memory, and get a multimedia monster and business-tool combo that is hard to match.
